With the first is ok for me :D . I'd not be able to read the series until March or April xD so i'll be great to reread the first book *--*/°

For those of you who did not read Guns of the Dawn with us you really should put it high on your priority list especially if you're a Danielle Abraham fan. I still have 100 pages left but unless it falls off a cliff it's 5*'s from me and I think everybody else has given it a 5* as well with one 4*.
I will be reading a lot more of Adrian Tchaikovsky in the future.

I've never read anything by him, but he's an author that's on the list. I have Children of Time sitting on the shelf, but am definitely in more of a flintlock fantasy mood than a sci-fi one. I'll definitely grab Guns if I see it around in the next while.

I'm going to do Children of time soon. This was my first AT book and I'm a big fan now.

I support Scott's advice. I was very impressed with Guns of the Dawn and I am a fussy reader.

I want to read it next year. I was not too impressed with Guns of the Dawn but still want to give the guy another chance.

At the rate I'm going I'll probably be looking at next year too.. Should we set up a buddy read?! :)

I'm good for either of them as long as it's a bit later in the month. I seem to have lots of reads starting on the 5th!
Scott, would you like to join or do you think you'll be reading it sooner?

Probably sooner but you never know.
Probably sooner but you never know.

Can we do it a bit later? I have Deadhouse Gates reread at that time....Maybe 23rd?

I'll be good to do it sooner if there's a few looking to do it before the end of the year.

You guys are determined to make me plan, lol!
I'd be in too! Its been on my TBR for awhile and I didn't get to it when one of my groups read it in August.

Dec 1st works for me. Or I'm equally happy to wait for a bigger group if it's just the two of us looking to start early - I've plenty on the shelf to keep me going till next year!

Next.
Feb 23rd works for me!

I'll let you know if I go early. I was half thinking of doing it in a few days.

Please, stop me planning anymore reads! Haha.

I will be reading The Tea Rose starting on Nov. 1st if anyone is interested

I'll do it, lol.
Don't want them getting sick of you 😂
We have what, three or four people for this?

No worries if you do - I've got The Blade Itself starting later this week, so I'll be jumping into that next.

I'm a bit cooked on JA at the moment so that's far too soon for me. I might attempt it next summer. Hopefully you'll find some takers.

Hi, Devin! I'd love to read the book with you, it sounds interesting.

I quite fancy this one. When you thinking?

I can squeeze sth in between if you are reading it this month. Then we can read together
@Charlie/Betse: There's actually a Buddy Read of The Lies of Locke Lamora set up for mid-December... they haven't set up the follow-up BRs yet for Red Seas Under Red Skies or The Republic of Thieves, but I assume they will be around the same time in January & February... I'm planning to follow the discussion of the first book then in December and join in on the later books in January/Feb... I read The Lies of Locke Lamora myself this past April...

That sounds good. I've got a lot planned before Christmas so reading the others in the new year is a good idea.

I'm joining in for The Lies of Locke Lamora in December.
