Nope, and that is rather sad, really, isn't it?

Are there any more nominations? The polls should go up soon

Would you like to nominate either of these books Mary?

Great! I will put it in the Adult category as I see there is no mention of it being YA.
Kelsey wrote: "I should mention that I would totally nominate The Last Dragon, except that I can't figure out which category it would go in..."
Kelsey, please confirm if you are going to nominate The Last Dragon
We are short on original tales. Id love to find the version of Snow White and the 40 Dragons! Aside from the Sleeping Beauties: Sleeping Beauty and Snow White Tales from Around the World I can only find it in a German book Griechische Und Albanesische Marchen.
The tale is mentioned in this Surlalune blog:

Aw, I was kind of pulling for Dragon Slippers. If Jalilah is not nominating it, I guess I will. :)
I'd also like to nominate Dragonology: The Complete Book of Dragons, but I'm not sure what category it belongs in. When I worked in the library these books were shelved with YA, but I don't know if they are officially categorized as such. They are "fictionalized" reference books, so I'm not sure it fits as an original tale, either, but that seems potentially closest.

Good Dragon slippers as well as Dragonology will be added.
Lots of good books!

I found an on-line version of the version of Snow White that Mary was talking about, the one where she hangs out with 40 Dragons!

Does anyone want to nominate it for original tales?

I've read Dragonology (and some of the other series Candlewick publishes with the -ology) to my nieces and nephews, and it's like a fictionalized natural history of dragons. It is YA, though certainly adults can enjoy it. It's been a very long time since I read it, but that's how I remember it.

Okay then.
I moved The Forgotten Beasts of Eld over to YA, and now e only have 3 adult nominations.

Even though it's tagged as YA when I read some of the reviews it looks like it might not be. It's hard to know!

What about Mary's nomination Nice Dragons Finish Last? That's adult.
