Secrets she left behind - do I need to read before the storm first?

Becky, Stacy is right that the book will stand alone. However, it IS the sequel to Before the Storm and you will then know the Big Secret from Before the Storm. As a matter of fact, if you've read the cover copy of Secrets She Left Behind, you also know the secret. If you have both books, I would definitely start with Before the Storm.
