ABANDONED. Harlequin: published around 2000-ish (maybe), translated to Indonesian, plenty of scenes which make you blush

It's been a looong time ago and I wish I don't mix this book up with another book. All that I can remember are:
1. the hero and heroine went vacationing on a cruise ship/ beautiful island;
2. their relationship was not amicable at the beginning;
3. it has some real steamy scenes;
4. there is a sentence about how the hero admires the way the heroine's breast fit into his hands. Ahem. Sorry, but of all things written in that book, that's the only one I remember.
