I'll be interested to see what the Supers say :)

Most of Alicia Nordwell's stories were first published under the pen name of Cia (http://www.gayauthors.org/author/cia) or variations of Cia, such as Cia81(http://www.literotica.com/stories/mem...). Based on the GRLB excerpts above, I changed Alicia Nordwell to Cia_ on all applicable books, such as Pricolici http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16...) and The Experiment (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) to combine the different editions that this author has published (i.e. books, online stories).
Some of these changes have been reversed so I'm wondering if I have misinterpreted how this should be done? If a story is first posted as an online story under a pen name then later is published in ebook form under another pen name, shouldn't the first pen name be used as the main author and the second pen name then placed as an alternate author so that the newer edition can be combined with the older edition? Is the posted online story considered the first publishing even though it's not exactly an (e)book?
If what I did was correct, are my change notes not detailed enough or maybe not placed in the appropriate section?
If I have done this incorrectly, let me know and I'll be happy to reverse all changes I have done so that someone else doesn't have to do my work.
