SOLVED. YA mystery series with female protagonist, who is kidnapped by stalker after a party in one book [s]

In one (the first?) book, I think an arsonist is setting fire to places. And the girl starts to suspect a new kid in her class, a guy whose father is a therapist, and whose mom died. But it ends up being someone else, and the girl starts dating this guy.

In another book, the girl is being stalked (someone is constantly calling her, leaving creepy messages, etc.). The police get involved, but they can't find who it is. The girl decides to break up with her boyfriend because she doesn't want him to be in danger. At some point the girl's dad (I think?) gives her a device which makes a loud alarm-like sound, which she can use to get help if she's ever in trouble. Then, after leaving a party, she sees a guy who offers to walk her home. But he kidnaps her, and takes her to a hole in the basement of a house, where he keeps her. He gives her some food, as well as a flashlight. When he's gone, she uses the battery from the flashlight to turn on her loud device, leading to the police rescuing her.

Other details: The girl has a female best friend who loves to gossip, which annoys the protagonist. Her mom is a good cook, and makes tasty omelettes.
