SOLVED: Children's/YA > SOLVED. Children's book, 1960's-1970's authored (based on illustration style). Machine that gets young boy ready for the day breaks and he must do all by himself (get out of bed, dress, eat, brush teeth, etc.). Mostly illustrated but sparse text. [s]

This sounds like a picture book (about 32-48 pages)?

Can you describe the line drawings - realistic/cartoony/cute, simple/detailed, sunny/dark/muted colors/black & white?
