SOLVED. Brother dying sister has to run in death race with superpowered animals. [s]

In a recent book I can't remember. A girls brother is dying from an unknown disease and she gets contacted by the shadow organization that poisoned her brother. The organization says "race in a death match and if some how you survive the four elements and 500 murderous psychopaths your brother will be cured and you'll be rich and get to work with us but if not get a grave ready".

in the first book the name has to do with two of the four elements.
the second book has the other two elements in the name.
