How to remove non-existent "edition" of a work?

How to remove a non-existent edition, while retaining the "good" one? This book really has only one edition (an ebook), but when I went to add the cover image to it, somehow two editions magically appeared! Here:

The entry for the edition with no details, no review, and no cover is spurious. (I tried combining the editions, but really, the empty one should be removed...
