I hope it gets a little better from then! Hopefully the next book is better!

Trinity I'm doing some sprints right now but not really making a dent in my book at the moment. Ugh. I feel like I've read nothing. I took a nap earlier but hopefully now I can get further in.

Not planning on finishing my book but hoping to get at least halfway.

It's yo-yo-ing right now. Luckily it's a short book. About 250 pages so it shouldn't take me too long to read it. :)

message 69: by Trinity (new)

Trinity I really need help right now! I have no idea what to read ugh I have been spending all day trying to look for something to read and nothing is calling my attention. Do any of you have any recommendations?? I love mostly contemporary and paranormal or anything but historical books lol thank you!

message 70: by Trisha, lives on coffee (new)

Trisha | 30284 comments Oh no!!! Did you end up finding something Trinity??

I've been gone all day (yikes!) and just got home about 30 minutes ago (it's almost midnight)
I didn't read either - time to catch up!

message 71: by Rin (new)

Rin (nasrinnie) | 141 comments I just love this challenge as it's finally motivating me to finish the stack of books on my desk :)

And good luck trinity! I'd recommend something but my taste is vastly different than yours (thrillers, fantasy etc)

message 72: by Katriann (new)

Katriann (annelisreadingroom) | 2175 comments I hope you've found something to read by now Trinity. My taste differs from yours a little but maybe you could try something like The Spectacular Now by Tim Tharp Deadly Design by Debra Dockter Unspeakable by Abbie Rushton We Were Liars by E. Lockhart or We Awaken by Calista Lynne

Just some books that popped into mind. I haven't even read all of them myself. :D

message 73: by Trisha, lives on coffee (new)

Trisha | 30284 comments okay, today is going to be a big "work on the house" day but I've got to get some reading in too!!

Already done with 2 hours on the yard. Now to spend a little time cleaning the house then read!

How is everyone today?! Happy Tuesday!

message 74: by Vicki (new)

Vicki (goodreadscomboobooper49) | 31156 comments I'm in the same boat in a way. I'm going to Heather's house at noon and this morning I'm spending with Scott, so the majority of my reading will be this afternoon/tonight. I'm not doing any work though! Supposed to be 101 degrees today, so I'll sit and read. LOL
