Other Chinese language-majority countries:
Taiwan -
Jentayu: Hors-série n°1 - Taïwan - if you can read French, Jentayu is an absolute treasure trove. It's a literary review dedicated to presenting previously untranslated fiction and poetry from Asia. Some issues are thematic (most recently: epidemics in Asia, other themes include Cities and violence, Woks and kettles, Love(s) and sensuality), others focus on a single country. This one is a pretty great introduction to contemporary Taiwanese fiction, with some amazing short stories.
Taipei, Histoires au coin de la rue
