I read this for week 28: an autobiography. I found it to be an honest and faith-affirming true story of one man's journey from darkness to light through faith and the love of God. Many people of different Christian denominations prayed for and helped this man, and the Lord even used men who were opposite in faith and belief to protect and assist him. The simplicity with which the story is told makes it even more believable and yet astonishing when you read the things this man experienced. The ending is truly uplifting.
