I use to be a Librarain and now I am not?

I know I use to be a librarian but now I do not seem to be. I admit I haven't used those abilities in quite awhile, was there a purge or do they timeout after a period of non-use? I never received a notice about revoking my librarian status.

Goodreads Authors have limited librarian abilities over books on their own author profiles.

Yes I know, but use to be able to make cover changes/additions now I can't. I must have had full status before as I could do more than I can now.
