Ashley | 1439 comments Alternatively I could start with

1. The Friday Night Knitting Club
2. Club Dead

Leaving Dead as the first word for Book 3 - does that help?

I'd like to do the someone's name in the title task.

Just to check, the only other task I'm signed up to be reading for is the musician character one, right? I'm reading for it right now, but I wanted to make sure I'm not neglecting something I've forgotten about.

Kimberly (poweki) | 1713 comments I'm away for work and completely out of touch with where we're at. So many new posts! o_O

I didn't have any books downloaded except one on Overdrive so I've started it. I don't think it fits anything though.

It's Glitter baby in audio - with the car & white dress on the cover.

I'll post the cover of Lock In when I'm back home so we can decide if it will work for party decorations. It has lots of little toy people on the cover.

BONUS LABOR 7

Geryon has three bodies connected together so when he fought Hercules he had 3 shields, 3 spears, and 3 helmets. That's so not fair! Gather 3 items of your own.

Read 3 books with similarities on the cover. Such as, 3 books with red covers, 3 books with cowboy boots on the cover, and 3 books with birds on the cover.

◈ Similar Book 1
◈ Similar Book 2
◈ Similar Book 3

Points: 40

message 2898: by Gillian (new)

Gillian Murrell | 497 comments I can read The Waking Fire (The Draconis Memoria, #1) by Anthony Ryan for 500-600 pages if no one is doing that one already.

message 2899: by Ashley (new)

Ashley | 1439 comments No one has claimed so I'll pop you down

message 2900: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly (poweki) | 1713 comments I'll read the book starting with "Summer" next to finish off the relay. I'm on a waiting list for Summer in Tuscany - but if I can't get that one, I'll read a different one. Either way, I'll cover it.

I won't commit to the Party Decorations cover because I'm not sure the book I was thinking of would work anyway. It was :

Lock In (Lock In, #1) by John Scalzi

The book I'm reading now could probably work for Treasure Hunter. The mother in the book starts out at a young age, dating celebrities. She has Errol Flynn's child. She is very focused on money and is desperate to "make it big". She eventually marries a rich (older) guy who she doesn't really like. She's undoubtedly a "gold digger".

What do you think?

If it will work, it's Glitter Baby (Wynette, Texas #3) by Susan Elizabeth Phillips
