While true it's a "zombie" book, the goal was to write something that would both appeal to traditional fans of the genre, but place more emphasis on storytelling and character development... hopefully making the work accessible to a broader readership!

Why are there two editions up? The old edition should be removed. It had more reviews, which is why I picked it. Amazon will be happy to combine reviews of different editions for you so you don't lose them.

Goodreads doesn't remove old editions, it's against the rules. I took off 1st edition from Amazon and other sites though, the only copies that were left were from the 3rd parties who for some reason have it priced for 60 dollars. Amazon does combine it cause i can see J.B.s review on edition 1 and 2 but yours is only seen on edition 1 and not on 2 and I care about edition 2. It's complicated.

Goodreads does combine editions together. I think it may be best for you to fix the problem first. It also inconveniences readers who may be buying the old edition on Amazon and if you think it's not as good as Edition 2, then readers may not be as pleased. Maybe you should talk to the helpful staff on Goodreads and also on Amazon? They will steer you in the right direction. If you do that, my reviews will be pooled together no matter what so you'll still have my review, and also your readers and reviewers will be happier!
