I also add them to the blog on my website. I'm often thinking of exposure for my own books, and I'm sure that the other authors I review would appreciate it as well. Hence why I do it :)

That confused me for a minute, I've never released this before. If you were referencing the Amazon page then for paperback, it's listed as "Out Of Stock" with a buy with one click button. It's not setup through their distribution channel all the way.
