Lol. I doubt if it will bother too many people. Unlike the other main c.p. types, spasticity and athetosis (stiff and frenetic limb movements respectively), ataxia is now a lot less frequent because of modern healthcare. If I remember rightly, it is caused by lack of oxygen in childbirth, leading to a rather staggering gait.

I used to work with children and adults with cerebral palsy. It certainly isn't pleasant. It is amazing just how many people live better because of modern healthcare, itself founded on scientific progress.

Although at least here in Britain, we have a problem which causes so many others: Our health service is a victim of its own success. So many people live for longer, and more healthily, with the expectation of cures for things that previously were not curable, that the service is overwhelmed, especially under the gaze of those who believe in minimal taxation.
