I probably read it last year but I'm not sure when it was published. I don't think it was an old book though. It was most likely an ebook. I read so many books I really don't remember the covers most of the time. It's not much to go on but I was hoping someone would know what it is.

Kristen, is it definitely set in England and not, say, the U.S.?

Are the neighbor and his son titled/aristocrats?

Anything memorable about the heroine and hero - e.g., appearance, personality, hobbies, horse-riders, siblings, etc.?

It is definitely set in England in the country and I think her neighbor may have been titled but I'm not 100% sure. I think she may have been a Lady as well.

I found it by accident. It is The Heiress's Homecoming by Regina Scott.
