I read a book a few years ago and all I remember is that there is a girl werewolf that is locked in a cage in the antagonist's house, and eventually the guy gets locked up with her and she needs excersize or she will die, so they end up having sex.I'm pretty sure the protagonist works in fast food too. I'm pretty sure the antagonist was a wizard.

I also think that it starts off with the protagonist waking up in the his work place confused, then goes to his friends house and gets sent a box with his friends head in it with a letter, and the girl's head is alive and able to talk.
