Emma Jaye | 122 comments Something has gone a little funky with my series

https://www.goodreads.com/series/1552...

Silkash (hybrid #5) by Emma Jaye has been inexplicably replaced by a previous, no longer available work Silkash (catclan 2.5) by E. Jaye.

Can I have the correct name and cover included in the series please? Currently it looks a little daft as all the other covers match.

Krazykiwi | 1767 comments Series apply to all editions of a work. The one that shows on the series display is the most popular edition, the one shelved by the most readers. There is no way to select a particular edition to show there.

Emma Jaye | 122 comments That isn't an 'edition' its a different book. The book in the series is
Silkash, Hybrid #5 published in august 2015 at 185 pages.

The book you are showing is fifty pages shorter and has a different title.

I can see where the confusion both for reviewers and goodreads as both have 'Silkash' as part of the title.

At least can you change the title to reflect the correct title as shown on the book? You've added it as part of the series, but in the blurb it still shows as (cat clan 2.5) It isn't.

This is how the series appears on amazon

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments As per msg 2 the default edition of a book is the one that displays in the series list. GR policy is to combined edtions of books which have the same content / story line (an additional 50 pages/re-edition edition is combined with the original edition)

GR has it's own standards and policy around labeling of series that does not follow Amazon

you can set the default edition by following the instructions in msg 4 of the link below
