SOLVED. YA - Eating disorders [s]

I don't remember a title, author or character names. I haven't read this book since middle school, many years ago. The main girl in the story either bulimic or anorexic. (I want to say she's bulimic.) She gets put into a place with other people who also have eating disorders and roommates with a girl that has the opposite eating disorder as her. (I want to say her roommate is the one with anorexia.)

At one point someone asks them to pick which picture they think they look like and the main girl picks the picture with the second to biggest sized girl. When they show that picture she says, "That's me, thunder thighs." Her roommate picks the next size larger.

At one point near the end of the book the main character throws up and her throat tears because of the many times stomach acid has coated it. I don't remember what happens after that.
