I didn't receive my author page

I added my book that will be published in June, my first book, and then I added that the author is Alex Berindei, which is me. Then, I sent a request to join the Author program, to merge my profile and the author page, so I can edit the page and other things to the book, like cover, the numer of pages and other, but I just didn't receive any email back, and the two didn't merge, and I sent the first request 2 weeks ago, and another one, just to be sure that the first one wasn't wrong or something, on Sunday. And I just don't think it will take that long. Can you help me?

I read through how to join the Author program and thought I did things correctly (twice) but never received an email (and not it's not in the spam filter). Curious to know how to get this resolved also :)

Librarians are not staff and cannot help you with this.

ETA But looking at both books, I see there is no (expected) pub date given. Maybe that is the problem.
