SCI FI BOOK LOST TO MY MEMORY HELP

Hello! I read a YA sci fi book a few years back and I don't remember what it was called. The premise was that a girl lives in this world where she can heal people with fibres of their mind. She works in a hospital and has a funny best friend. Then a hot guy comes to the hospital and she takes care of them. They hit it off, but he is mysterious. There's an attack and at the end he reveals that he is so weird because he's from the future. Would you any of you happen to recognize it?
