Someone uploaded my book on Goodreads with inaccurate information

My new book, Sand & Sutures, came out this weekend. I uploaded the Kindle and Nook versions and added them onto my author profile, but when I tried to do this with the paperback, I received a message that said the ISBN was already taken. Mind you, I am not the one who uploaded the paperback version. I don't know who did, but when I checked the book the message was referring to, it was indeed my book. The problem is, the book description is wrong, the cover is missing, and my name isn't typed correctly, thus I am not credited as the author. Now I can't add it to my author profile because whoever uploaded it did it wrong. I have sent a message to Goodreads to try to get this issue fixed but have yet to hear back from them.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? And if so, does anyone know how to fix it?

If you write to the Goodreads librarians they will fix any issues that you have very quickly. I had to get all of my books taken off of another author's profile!

How do you contact them? Is there an e-mail address listed somewhere?

Hi L.M. :) if you scroll to the bottom of any page, click on the "about us" link on the bottom of the page, and the page that takes you to has a "contact" option on the left. The goodreads librarians are really good about fixing issues fast. Good luck :).
