Author Review Doesn't show up for all editions

Hi. The paperback edition is added to my bookshelf, the Kindle version isn't. I posted an author review for the paperback, but the review doesn't show up for the kindle edition.

When I switch from the paperback to the kindle I get this message:
Oops - you already have that edition in your shelves.

How do I fix this?

Edit; sorry I thought this was a combine issue but it's not so I will leave for a more expert librarian.

Just a question B - Kindle shows as 164 pages & paperback edition as 264. Are both correct?

The review shows up on both pages for me.

On Amazon both are showing as 164. Corrected paperback.

I just duplicated the review.

Authors are not allowed to review more than one edition of their own book. You should remove one of them.

The review is showing twice, if you filter with 5 stars, so it will show up eventually, the delay is probably due to caching.

There was no place I saw to remove the review, just the book, which I did. I duplicated the review because of advice I found in the Librarian Group page that someone gave with the same problem.

It seems to be okay now.
