Can authors/contributors be added?

Hello! The Routledge History of American Foodways has two editors, both of whom are listed on Goodreads. I'm a contributor/author of one of the chapters within the book ("Alcohol") and I'm wondering if my name (and the several other author/contributors' names) can be added and/or if this book can appear on my author page (my first monograph is -Empire of Vines: Wine Culture in America-).

My new release, Mercy's Battle ASIN B01FOY66C2, was added so quickly to Goodreads from Amazon that it didn't catch my updated file. (I forgot to add my name as author--duh.) How difficult is it to add my name so the book will show up on my author page? Thanks!

#3 fixed, Goodreads doesn't list editor for novel...
