Can you see this (some html is ok) link just above the comment dialog box?
click on it...u will see something related to images upload...use that

or google or youtube it, u will find out how to do

AB, it has happened to me one time in the past - some pictures just aren't caught by the IMG tag - they don't read too well I guess. That's why I always preview images before posting - that way, I'll know if my picture's loading or if I need to look for alternatives :)
