I have 92 on my Goodreads To-Read list...but I also have almost 200 downloaded to be read on my KIndle (from freebie deals, etc) that aren't included on that. So, that boils down to way too many to read. I might get through it if I stopped adding to it, but I don't see that happening.

I cheated on my to-read list because it was getting hard for me to find stuff. I divided it up into to-read-fiction (currently sitting at 95 books) and the normal to-read list for nonfiction (347). That's just on Goodreads. I divide my kindle books into collections, and I have 166 unread fiction titles there (some crossover with my Goodreads list). But some of those I just picked up because they were free and clean and because maybe my kids will like different genres than I do.
I also keep a "short to-read" list on my kindle. It's only got 14 books on it. Very manageable, right?
I have 235 books on my Goodreads to read list. I haven't had good luck with the free Kindle books I've tried and finally decided that reading a book is too much of a time investment for me to play luck of the draw, so my Goodreads list IS my catch all list. I add books frequently and occasionally delete them before I get them read if they no longer strike my fancy. So arbitrary!
216 -- not counting books I have on my Kindle that I haven't read yet. I created a new Own-to-read list on my Goodreads account so I know which books I want to read that I actually own - there are 68 books on that list! I go through sometimes and clean it up - deleting books I know that realistically (based on how many books I read, how many I review, how many I add to-read, etc) I am never going to read... I can't seem to keep it below 200 no matter what I do! I've had enough luck with Kindle freebies to keep downloading them (but I admit that most of them don't keep my interest).
I have 810 books on my tbr list. Many are Newberry winners, and some are classics I have not read yet. But yeah 8 years worth of reading at my current reading rate.
My Goodreads TBR is pitiful at 751. About a year ago I removed several, it was over 1000. Its time to do more pruning! :)

I have 12,655 on my Goodreads TBR list right now, but I keep an Excel spreadsheet that has about 20,000 or so books on it. The Goodreads list has some where I entered contests to get free books, and I just need to go through and delete some of those that I didn't actually want and add some of the ones from the Excel sheet, but who has time for that?Tantum librorum, tam brevi tempore (So many books, so little time...)!

Tantum librorum, tam brevi tempore indeed!
I have 1,780 apparently. More than I can read in a life time! I need to cut that down with some strict elimination requirements. For one example it could be freebies with mostly 3 stars or less get deleted from the to be read shelf. Need to clean up and manage that list.
