How technologically advanced are we allowed to go?

Do you have to be a mod in order to create a world, race, or god?

1. Yes all these worlds are connected through a series of portals. However they're a rare find for most characters with th exception of the dos and Holphina races who can sniff them out, that the divinities such as gods, dragons, ad their children/riders who can make their own, or have space travel.

2. However advanced you want, however as the RP is mostly fantasy, element of the genre will pop up from time to time.

3. No you don't have be a mod to create a god, dragon, or child.

Ok. Thank you. I don't intend on making a futuristic race, but I was hoping I could request a goddess whose role is void, shadows, illusions, and deceit. I was planning on, due to my god being void based, and in turn be have some control over space, have some alternative way that she sends her followers through the worlds. If that was ok?

Sure, if she's a god she can't have that power, just make sure that she has a wreak news that can be exploited by anyone so that she isn't spcompletly unbeatable in a fight. Also,may I personally suggest calling her followers blade dancers?

She can as and as for the name well it was something I was thinking of a as a dark counterpart to the dragon riders of this world, but I never got around to making them. Like I said it is just a suggestion take it or leave it as you will.

Yeah that could work though if I brought my own God into it as the RP will RP will already be crowded with the queen, the two dragon children, your priestess, and the surge binder.

Honestly considering that it's wartime across the world's I think the one world to describe ruling Soulion would be hard especially sense Rose's character is less than qualified.

Do all gods hold sway in all worlds?

depends, all decisions concerning the worlds are made by the all the gods via council, but certain gods can create their own world in which the population is mostly made up of their worshipers.

What kind of powers would a half dragon have? I don't know how strong I should make him or if he can turn into a dragon or what.

He can turn into a dragon and their fire power is between that of a dragon child and pure dragon the first being a demigod and the second being an angel in terms of power levels.
