Rating and review disappeared

Hi,
a review and rating that was given on my book has somehow disappeared from the stats overnight. It's easy for me to see, since I only have 3 reviews! I refreshed the stats a few times all morning, but with no difference. I'm not sure if it is something you can fix, or if it is a bug you have no solution to and I'm posting in the wrong place.

Perhaps it's a bug. However, I see 4 reviews: by Lola, Cynthia (Bingeing On Books), Book Nook Nuts, and Frédérique.

I will, because now the stats have gone from 2 ratings/reviews to 6, even though I only have 3 ratings/reviews. What the heck is wrong with that system??

I now see 4 reviews and 3 ratings (one of the reviews is not an actual review).
