I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this book, and my memory of the summery/plot is pretty foggy (I believe it might've had something to do with fairies?? But I could be mistaken, but I am at least 65% sure that it did).

The cover however, I believe looked like (or was extremely similar to) this:

The Fairy Oak series comes to mind... El Secreto de las Gemelas, but it features twins, not just one girl.

A far stretch is Tithe is Tithe; fairy book but the girl is blond, not a readhead.

And just to throw something else in: All's Fair in Vanity's War.

Anything else you remember? Some character's name? How long ago did you buy it? Was it part of a series?

There is a book called The Seeds of a Daisy that looks like that. It is written by Alison Caiola. I have this book at home, but the Goodreads pictures of this book cover do not reflect this cover of the girl with flowers in her hair. It is a match to the picture you posted.
