The Face in the Mirror

I recently added my newest novel, The Face in the Mirror, (ISBN 978-1532725852) to the system. For some reason, when I click on my dashboard, it's not there. I have to physically search for the book and scroll down through similar titles to find it, then it goes to a completely different and incomplete author page. I contacted the powers that be through an email and they said the issue was fixed. It is not. The book is still not linked to my dashboard. I also mentioned that the print version was missing the cover but that the kindle version had the cover. Now the opposite is true. Can you please assist me with this because it won't let me edit anything with the book as the system believes I'm two different people. Thank you.

I updated the author on the Kindle edition, so both editions are on your profile now and they should appear on your author dashboard.

Both editions have covers, currently.
