I don't know. I thought I could, but the challenges aren't playing well together and now I'm also working more. So yeah, everything is fucked up, lol.
I was able to start this morning at work but didn't get to listen for very long :( Now I'm home and plan on listening for a while and I'm off tomorrow, Yay!Only on ch. 5- (view spoiler)
Nah, I'm stopping for the night, I think. At least for a little while. I'm reading Strong Signal and want to get back to it. It's good :)
Ugh, I just want this to be over! Lol. It's not that it's terrible or anything, I just don't care about either of these characters. I have zero connection to them.
I'll update with thoughts when I get to my desktop. But right now I'm at the part where his poem was published but changed
Okay... I've made it up to part 2 in Chicago. I'll attempt to reply to all your spoilers with my two cents. (view spoiler)
So that's as far as I've gotten in the book. I'll respond to the other spoilers as soon as I reach those parts.
86%- Poor Jace. He's really getting the shaft in this situation. And not the good kind. I'm so glad he gets his own book in this series because he deserves his HEA. And Tim. Gah. He is making it extremely difficult to root for him
95%- WHAT THE FUUUUCCKKK!!! Are you kidding me??? Was that necessary????? Now I don't want to read Jace's book at all!
Finished. And honestly... I don't even know what to say. I really liked it... at first. I'm not a fan of books where the MCs split up and move on to other people and fall in love again before coming back together all in one book. I don't mind it if the past happened before the beginning of the book but that's obviously not what happened here. (view spoiler)I'm not even sure if I want to read the next 2 books because it will be the same story but from a different POV. I don't think I am emotionally strong enough for that shit.
Lol, yeah that's pretty much how I felt. That ending pissed me off! I won't be continuing the series, especially since it's the same story told by different pov. I know there will be more to it and all that but I honestly don't care. I just never really liked Ben or Tim and then the thing with Jace- nope! I didn't hate them but I didn't really like them either. But I'm glad it's not haunting my TBR anymore!
