They were all sentenced to hang but James Kelly was the only one who escaped the noose. Please give me a ding ding ding or I will be fashioning a noose for myself
Determined to be sane, found guilty and sentenced to be hanged, then was certified insane (diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic) and sentence was commuted. Was then sentenced to a secure mental hospital (Broadmoor)
"Leaving the seat up is not get technically illegal."It should be. In fact, I have hurt myself pretty good when I didn't notice the seat was up. I could make the case for attempted murder. Where's a good lawyer when you need one!

Thank god the wait is over!!! The annoying thing is I own the Cases That Haunt Us and had completely forgot about the Ripper chapter.
I think the Ripper was a complete unknown personally,I don't subscribe to any particular suspect or conspiracy theory.

I tend to agree. The FBI is positive he was a loner with a mental illness, who may have spent long periods in the workhouse or hospital (as Kelly did). There are hundreds of suspects and most of them are upper-middle-class professionals, for Pete's sake.
