CORRECT! He is close behind Henry Lee Lucas (I left him out because he was too obvious a winner) in having claimed about 300 kills.

Well, there's my problem. I had bad info - saying that Nikolai killed many fewer, somewhere in the 30-35 range. So I discounted him in favor of Pee Wee.

I was talking self-report. Dzhumagaliev was only convicted of, I think, 3. But he blabbed about a lot of others. Being schizophrenic, it's an open question how accurate he is. Show us the bodies, Li'l Nicky!
