They all had a twin but D is the only one that the twin wasnt a trouble maker also.

SOOOOOO close, but BZZT!
Jennifer Gibbons was in Broadmoor with her sister until her death. The only one listed who was not separated from their twin. The other twins were/are in different prisons or one (Sunny's twin) is not in prison at all.
All, except Sunny Han, did crimes with their twins. (Although the Spahalski brothers were not aware that each was a murderer until they were caught, they did do other crimes together).
All are twins (of course) and all but one (Sunny's twin) were charged with crimes.
CLOSE. CLOSE. But youse keep skating around the difference, which I imagine was pretty huge for the person in the correct answer.
Oh, Sunny was the "nice" one. I had them mixed up. Jeena was the bad one. Sunny was the only non-criminal one of the bunch!
How about....they all remained close to their twin but not Sunny.
OHHHHHSunny is the only one of them whose twin tried to kill them!
DING DING DING DING DING DING! All the other twins were killers but Sunny was the only one targeted as a murder VICTIM. 
Phew! But I sure know how to go all around the answer before getting to it!
