Question: How to find/Work with Bloggers

Hi all, bit of a silly question but I find myself overwhelmed by the quantity of bloggers (and sites come and go quickly).

Is there such a thing as a master list?

I'm coming at this from a typical 'new author' POV. Have a book but literally at a loss as to how to get into the hands of the people who can read it, like it, hate it...whatever.
