Review: Not as good as the last one but better than the others, I think. I didn't like this one as much as I thought I would. Not much extra stuff happened, but we did find out a little bit about some minor characters. Glad to have this series finished finally. Been reading it for about a year now on and off. I was really pleased that (view spoiler)[it was Ed that killed St. George and that he figured out it was Greg. (hide spoiler)] I was surprised though that (view spoiler)[like no one died in the final battle. No majors anyway. So happy that St George didn't kill Ed. (hide spoiler)] The ending was a big let-down, with (view spoiler)[Sam and Ella seeing each other and that's about it. I was hoping for some more emotions and everyone else going over to see Ed and stuff. (hide spoiler)] Oh well. I can forget about all of these complex characters and sub-plots now. Glad I read this series.

phew! so glad you at least liked it! I was worried it would be an awful ending. I feel like we've been reading this one for forever! LOL

OMG so this fallen poison star was in the bible?? I wonder if that ONE line is what spurred this who story for the author. Crazy that Mad Crazy Matt (wasn't that his name?) fortold Little Sam as being the thing that saves them and he was right?!?!

Saif - Ha! I love that he's pulling this crew back into it! They were ridiculous and didn't listen to Shadowman at all! They are lucking he's coming back and inviting them at all. most of them should be dead....

Ha! And I love that they all voted to call them Sickos. I agree, I'm ready for them to just have ONE reference name!

The Cure - wow! I can't believe it!! Einstein is really working something out here! she came back for a moment - the sick did- but then he lost her again. i wonder if they can't survive without the parasite once you are infected (because it seems to kill/destroy it's host)

David - of course he has to be difficult. Of course. I really hope he doesn't try to sabotage them! I wonder how scared he will be when he sees the army!

And I'm glad you liked the ending :) I thought the wrap-up would be a little longer and more detailed than it was. It's crazy thinking that so many of the characters died!

Yeah I think so. But I won't be able to read it anytime soon, well not this month anyway. I've signed up for the Wobble challenges over in NBRC and I'm getting hate over there for saying that I won't be reading solely for the challenge due to other challenges and buddy reads. Soooooo buddy reads may need to fall away a little more than they already have if they don't count, or just need to drop them all. Same with my other challenges :/ Didn't realise it was such a 'you need to read only for this challenge' thing.

No, but I won't hang on every word like I did the first go through. I'll already know what's coming and will be able to just enjoy it (which should cut down on how long it takes to read it)
I remember being confused a few times and having to re-read sections to make sure I understood what was going on....
