With America still heart broken over Aspen. She and the prince (Maxon) take things slow and start with a friendship. You have to figure out what happens with their relationship in the books of the series.
Opinion: The book was one of my favorite books. I loved it so much I finished the whole 4 book series in one weeks. Its a fabulous mix of Divergent and The Bacholar.
