Author Profile and Account Settings Question

Hello. My Goodreads account shows that I have only been a member since May 2015, but I have an author's profile for a self-published ebook (Ruth de Lune) from 2012 that I cannot edit or change any data on. Much of that profile information is now outdated, and the ebook is no longer available for purchase. Is there a way to update this (understanding that you don't remove books from your database) and bring my author's profile under my account so that I can change my pic, edit my blog feed info, etc.? I'm guessing this un-linking happened when I un-published the book? The profile was not created under a separate account, as far as I can tell. I used my Facebook account. Thanks for any help you can provide.
