Folks, the books were mailed early this week. That means that some of you or most of you should have received or be receiving them shortly.

One of the t's and c's is to let us know as soon as you have received the book. This is part of our selection criteria to receive future books. Believe it or not - books have been lost in the mail and have had to be replaced. If we do not know, then we cannot do anything about it.

That is why this is the first t and c. Let us know that you have received the book safely.
