Trapped in an airport by a natural disaster and fall in love while waiting to be rescued

I read this book probably 5 to 8 years ago, and I do not know how old it was when I read it.

This book starts after a big family has a wedding, and I believe it is a part of a series. The family is all heading to the airport to take their respective flights home. The main guy character goes to the small coffee cart, of the small airport, and starts talking to the girl working the counter. I think an earthquake hits, but I'm not sure of that. These two are then caught under a pile of rubble and start talking, and falling for each other, as they are waiting to be rescued. There are several injuries, and I think a death, maybe.

I don't really remember much else.

As far as I know it's for older adults and I'm not 100% sure but i think it might be set in Texas. If not, I know it is in the United States.
