I read this last month in preparation for the awards and really liked it. I felt that the entire book being set in the urban setting, along with the murder mystery/thriller aspects of the book, really set it apart from the other Mistborn books. The extra background information on all our characters, the introduction of new characters, and the pushing forward of the Mistborn mythos, made this a really fun novel.
I'd love to hear what you thought of this book, include spoilers in the spoiler tags.
