There is currently a Goodreads user that is deliberately rating books poorly as retaliation. She is sending requests via Facebook to authors asking that they send her a free paperback copy of their book. If the author doesn't comply, she rates the book with one star and gives it a negative review. She is also posting these reviews to Amazon. She has done it to me and at least two others that I know of. I have reported her reviews, but they are still showing and I'm not sure how to handle this now. Is there anything else that can be done?

Librarians are not Goodreads employees, and have no control over reviews. If you have concerns about reviews, ratings, or a specific user, please use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
Links to a specific user are NOT allowed in this group. Please remove all specifics from your post or I will be forced to delete it.
