((Yeah I guess otherwise there isn't much for me to do :3))
((True.))Issy was in the kitchen of her apartment making her and Daniella some dinner, zayne had gone away for the long weekend and Jamie hadn't been around for a few weeks almost a month already. So they got to hang out more again now
Daniella was lying out on the couch as Issy made dinner. She had offered to help but Issy insisted on doing it herself. She got up and went to the bathroom. She didn't intend on looking through the bin but when she saw something she didn't expect to see in Issy's apartment she couldn't stop herself. She found the used pregnancy test and her eyes widened. She rushed through to the kitchen with it in her hand. "Issy?" She asked from where she stood in the kitchen doorway.
Issy was focused on cooking their dinner, she didn't looked over at her just yet. "Yeah" she asked then looked over, not seeing the test in her hand yet. "What's up?"
"When were you gonna tell me?" Daniella asked, a little hurt that it wasn't the first thing Issy had said to her. She could never be mad at Issy, not for this. She didn't actually mean to keep the test in her hand but she had been so shocked when she first saw it that she had forgotten to drop it.
Issy looked at her again then but her lip, she saw her hand and the rest "where did you find that?"
"In the bathroom. I didn't mean to snoop but I saw it and I got curious. I actually don't know why it's still in my hand." Daniella admitted and watched Issy. "But that's avoiding my question Issy. Why didn't you tell me?" She asked softly and walked over to her friend's side.
Issy looked down and away from her even as she moved to yet side, she shrugged a little "because.. I don't know if I keeping it." She admitted to her, worried of her reaction.
"Oh." Daniella looked down, slightly disappointed. Of course she would always support Issy. It was her life and if she didn't want the baby then she didn't need to have the baby. "Why not?" She asked as she put the test on the counter and then took Issy's hands in hers.
Issy looked at her again finally, she but her lip a little and sighed "what am I going to do if I do? How can I support an angel baby when I don't think I'll even see my own husband again."
Daniella hugged Issy tightly. "I'll be here. I'll help you." She promised her. "Jamie will come back. You know he will." She murmured as she held her friend. "But if you really don't want to go through with this then I'll be right beside you the whole time. It's your decision. I'm with you either way."
Issy shrugged a little again, looking at her really unsure "I don't know, I'm so scared." She said "how am I going to teach it though? We were banished dani, I feel like I hardly know anything anymore." She said to her, still not sure if Jamie would be back, it had been hard for her to see him leave again
Daniella bit her lip. "I'll help. Despite how I try I can't ever forget any of that stuff." She admitted and looked at Issy. "Besides," she said, her voice more hesitant now, "the high court won't have an angel baby grow up down here and they won't take it away from the mother." She knew that meant she could lose Issy but if it meant Issy got to go home and be with her family she was willing to make that sacrifice. "Say what you like about them but they're good that way."
Issy nodded slightly as she thought about it, of course the high court would do that, they couldnt do that. "But what if the mother was a fallen? A fallen should never bare any children remember." She said almost heart broken about that. "And dani i don't want to leave you." She said.
"What if the fallen was wrongfully banished?" Daniella argued and then looked at Issy with a small smile. "Hey, it's okay. Do you really think you'd get to live your life without me to bug you?" She joked though the tears in her eyes made it obvious how upsetting she found the idea of losing Issy. "But you gotta think of your baby. The baby comes first."
Issy looked at her again, smiling slightly more. "Of course we were wrongfully banished, but how do we broke that?" She asked then looked at the test on the bench again. "What do you think i should do?" She asked, dreading having to leave her.
"I'll think of something." Daniella promised and smiled at Issy. She considered Issy's next question. "Do you want the baby? I mean if there wasn't any complications, you had Jamie with you and you could look after your baby safely without worry."
Issy looked at her then the test once again, she was still trying to process it herself. "I.. I don't know." She said. "Jamie.. He doesn't know." She said to Daniella, she probably should have told her that before
"I didn't think he did." Daniella admitted. "You don't have to decide right now but you do need to make the decision soon." She explained and looked at her friend. She had an idea of how she could help Issy but she was worried it wouldn't work and so she didn't tell her friend yet, not wanting to give her false hope.
She nodded slightly again when she looked back down at the test. "I just.. i don't want to think about it right now." She admitted and went to finish their dinner.
"Okay." Daniella nodded and then took the test from the counter. She threw it out again and then washed her hands so she could help Issy with dinner. She wasn't really focused on what they were doing, going through her actions almost automatically as her mind raced.
Issy went back to being almost completely quiet, she looked over at her a few times, smiling softly though still watched the food. "Dani." She said finally. "Im sorry i didnt tell you." She said
Daniella smiled at Issy. "It's okay. I forgive you." She said softly. "You should know by now you can always tell me anything. I won't ever get mad at you." She promised and nudged her friend gently.
She giggled a little and nodded, smiling at her. "I know, i was just so worried, i am still worried. And iv been trying to believe it." she said
Daniella gently pushed Issy over to the table and made her sit down while she finished making the food. "It's kinda cool in a way." She admitted and grinned at her friend.
She took a seat at the table with her, laughing a little. "You really think so?" She asked her, smiling a little "Do you think i could go back home? If i keep it."
"Yeah. You could be a mommy. Which means I could be an auntie." Daniella said and put Issy's plate in front of her before she sat down. "I think so yeah." She nodded. She wasn't convinced but she was going to do all she could to make sure Issy got to go home.
She giggled again as she looked at her. "It would be fun." She admitted to her, smiling when she had her plate. "Thanks." She said. "Would you come home? If you could?"
Daniella knew her answer. No. Never. But how could she tell that to Issy? She looked down at her plate and pushed her food around with her fork before looking at Issy again. "I've got a life here Issy. There's my job and now Zayne." She explained and smiled a little.
Issy knew that she had a life there now, which she felt like she still didnt and never would, but that was why she had to ask. She nodded a little when she looked at her then looked at food and ate it slowly. "I know." She said
Daniella nodded and slowly started to eat, though she no longer felt hungry. "Yeah." She murmured and sighed. She didn't know how to feel about any of this. She was so happy for Issy about the baby and she would do everything she could to make sure that Issy got home but it killed her knowing that she could never join her best friend in their old home. Even if she wanted to go back she would never be allowed.
Issy looked at her again, sighing softly. "Im sorry." She said again, she gently held her hand and squeezed it. "You are always going to be my best friend, ever." She said. "And we don't even know if they will be me back home.... but.. Jamie did find something out before he left, he thinks there is a way, that we can get our names cleared, and if you ever did want to come home then you could, when it works out." She said. "But i understand, you have Zayne now."
Daniella looked up at Issy and squeezed her hand back. "Issy I'm not completely innocent." She said, finally saying something she should have said years ago. "I mean I didn't do what we were accused of but I did help. You remember Kyle and his gang? It was their idea and I just wanted to make Kyle proud of me and have his friends accept me so I went along with it and I helped them get the things they needed." She drew her hand back and wiped the tears from her eyes. "What I did didn't deserve banishment but he put the blame on me. There wasn't anything I could do to make anyone believe me. I don't know how or why you were dragged into it." ((Kyle was her boyfriend when they were teenagers :3))
Issy looked at her strangely, what was she saying? That she helped them? That Daniella is almost kind of the reason she's there? She tried to think about it and think about what she was saying, she could never hate Daniella, she just didnt know how to. "Dani... It wasn't you're fault." She said. "He obviously pressured you into it, please don't feel guilty." she said to her, really hoping she wouldn't. "Im sorry.. I love you Dani, even if what you say happened, i can never hate you, or blame this on you."
Daniella buried her face in her hands, unable to stop herself from crying now. "But it's all my fault. If it wasn't for me you wouldn't be here. You would still be with your family and with Jamie. You wouldn't be considering not having your little baby because there wouldn't be any bad consequences because your life would be perfect." She sobbed into her hands. "I ruined that for you."
Issy quickly moved from her seat and over to her side, she gently pulled her into a hug and rubbed her back. "No.. Daniella don't ever say that, please, please i don't blame you." She said and hugged her, crying herself also. "I don't want you to worry about me, we will find a way, Jamie is working on it." she insisted.
Daniella hugged Issy back and her sobs slowly calmed down until she was just crying softly. Which still wasn't great but was better than before. "I'm sorry Issy." She said and hugged her best friend tightly. "Promise me that when Jamie figures this out, you won't hesitate and stay here for me. I want you to go home. Your life is back there. I don't want you to give that up for me." She said firmly and looked Issy in the eye.
Issy looked at Daniella with her tears already running down her cheeks, she couldn't give up her best friend, but maybe she had to. She saw how serious he was, how prepared she was to let issy get her life back, the life she deserved to have "you promise you'll never forget me, and you promise you will always think about our times together?" She asked her
"I promise." Daniella said and smiled at Issy through the tears that were streaming down her cheeks. "You've still got to come and visit though. I've got a little adopted niece or nephew to spoil." She reminded her with a playful nudge, trying to be happy again.
Issy smiled with a slight giggle when she nudged her, she nodded again. "I know, of course I'll come visit, I could never stop that." She said to her "you're my sister." she said and hugged her back again. "I guess.. I guess I'm keeping the baby." She said again and looked at her
"Are you sure?" Daniella asked and looked at Issy. "I'm only joking about the whole auntie thing. If you don't want to have a baby yet that's fine." She added not wanting Issy to feel like she had to do this.
Issy looked at her again. "I-I think so.... I don't know. Should I try talking to Jamie?" She asked
Daniella nodded. "How are you going to do that?" She asked softly and chewed on her lip as she wiped her face.
She looked at her, unsure "i don't know yet." She said "I'll figure it out." She said then groaned and put her head in her hands. "I don't know when I'll see him." She said "he can't help."
Daniella gently stroked Issy's hair, trying to comfort her. "How about we eat and then watch a movie? We can sort this out later." She suggested.
Issy sighed and nodded, her mind going crazy, how was she going to decide? She kept telling herself she wouldn't keep it then she decided she would and vice versa, she needed to decide. "Yeah, ok."
Daniella nodded and gave Issy a smile. She wiped her face again with her sleeve, ignoring how she smudged her makeup too. She would sort it out after she had eaten.
