Rating query on unpublished book

I have a 3 star rating on my yet to be released book and this member was not an ARC recipient. It must be a mistake. Is it possible for you to contact the member and ask if she could remove it? Thank you.

Just FYI, Goodreads does not interfere in how readers rate books. The ratings are used very differently by folks, some use the stars to express an interest level in the book, some because it's the easy way to add it to a shelf, others use it to express their opinion of the author, and many use it to indicate their rating after reading the book.
All uses are equally valid to GR.

While Dee and Carolyn are correct, this is also not an issue Goodreads Librarians have any control over. You may wish to use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or author issues outside of fixing book or author listings on Goodreads itself.
