Book assigned to wrong person

My book has been added (not by me) and attributed to another Andy Graham. How can I get it assigned to me? I wrote Franklin, book 2 of the same series. (ASIN B019ZCZE5Y). Thank you.

Hello, The paperback edition of my book Machines of the Dead 3 is under a different David Bernstein. Could someone please make it so that there are 3 spaces between first and last name? The ebook is correct and has the cover correct. I will combine editions after, unless it can be done now. The paperback does not show the cover. I am doing a giveaway that starts April 12th. Thank you!

Moved the paperback to your profile and combined with the Kindle edition. You should be able to upload the cover now the book is on your profile.
