Giveaway Problems: Invalid Book ID error message

I have tried to use the giveaway feature, but it is not working for me. It says "book id invalid" when I click save. I have tried the 13 isbn and the 10 isbn on different attempts (not both at the same time), without dashes or as the instructions say. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Are you sure you are on your print page when you do that? If you are on the kindle or ebook it won't work.

Thank you. I did not realize I needed to add the paperback edition. I have just added it and will wait for it to update, then try again. Thank you so much! No more pulling out my hair over this one! Just pulling out my hair over everything else :D

Goodreads giveaways are only for paperback/hard covers. So when you try to enter an eBook version it flags it wrong.

Don't pull your hair. Believe me you don't want to have to wear a wig. :P
