SOLVED. Children's Book About a Witch Whose Name Began with S [s]

I read the book around the year 2000.

It was a picture book for children (I estimate for the 8-10 age range) about a witch whose name, I believe, began with an S. I think her name was also the title of the book, but am not certain.

From what I remember, she was a good witch and the story had her casting spells and dealing with animals. I think the plot was pretty much just about her everyday life.

There were illustrations in color on every page and it wasn't a very thick book.
