I am looking for a book whose synopsis is all I could read but then like an idiot didn't make a note immediately and now forgot the title and author name.
So, the book is about a celebrity guy who enters a bookstore to escape from paparazzi/journalists(not sure which) and there he meets a girl who initially doesn't recognize him. They struck conversations and he startedliking the girl more and more.
The theme seems nice. Kindlyhelp!

It wasn't a bookstore but Love Unscripted by Tina Reber has a similar meeting between the H and h. He is running away from fans and paparazzi. Ducks into her bar to hide.

Eversea has only a somewhat similar tale. He's hiding out from everyone on the shore of the Carolina's and she's a waitress/manager at a restaurant/bar type place in the small town.
